The Conference Organising Bureau has arranged accommodation only for:
- The official country representatives (one primary delegate per national association)
- Invited keynote speakers
For all other categories, accommodation arrangements are subject to hotel availability. Should you require assistance with accommodation, please contact the SEPAC 2026 Project Manager, Mrs. Niki Mita.
Please note that for participants in the above category, staying at Hotel Roma Centro is not mandatory. They are welcome to arrange their own accommodation based on their preferences and budget.
As December is a popular period for tourism and events in Rome, we strongly encourage all delegates to secure their accommodation as early as possible. Whether you choose to stay at the conference hotel or at another nearby property, early booking will help ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.
Sjögren Europe Official Country Representatives and Invited Speakers
Accommodation for Sjögren Europe Official Country Representatives and invited speakers will be provided as follows:
- Eligibility: One (1) person
- Room Type: Standard Room, Single Occupancy
- Breakfast: Included for each day
- Stay: Three (3) nights
- Check-in: Thursday, 10 December 2026
- Check-out: Sunday, 13 December 2026
Important Information
- Accommodation reservations regardless category will be processed based on the information submitted in the official registration form.
- Attendees who wish to extend their stay before or after the official conference dates may do so at their own expense, subject to room availability.
- Any additional costs (e.g., minibar, room service, extended stay, accompanying guests, city taxes, etc.) must be settled directly with the hotel upon check-out.

Taxi Information
Taxis are readily available throughout in airport area. Delegates may also book taxis through official taxi companies or mobile applications.
Useful Information
- Official taxis in Rome are white and display a taxi sign on the roof.
- Fixed fares may apply for journeys between Fiumicino Airport and central Rome areas.
- Credit cards are generally accepted, but carrying some cash is recommended.
We recommend using only licensed taxis or reputable transportation services for your convenience and safety.
